Fees and Payments
We make every effort to keep down
the cost of your medical care. You can help by paying for services
rendered at the time of your visit. For Blue Choice, ViaHealth, Preferred
Care, and Empire, a specialist co-payment will be charged. All patients
who have private insurance and Blue Cross/Blue Shield will be expected to
make payment at the time services are rendered. For you convenience our
office accepts cash or a personal check. Claims for patients with Medicare
and Medicaid, as well as those for Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault,
will be billed directly to the insurance carrier. You will be billed
separately by the hospital for any x-rays, laboratory, or rehabilitation
services fees.
